Hi @marike1992, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. We’ve tested on our end and so far we’re unable to recreate the issue. If I had to guess, it sounds like there may be a conflict somewhere with a plugin or theme. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?
– What plugin version were you using?
– Do you have the ability to run this in a staging environment so we can try to troubleshoot further?

– Do you see any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
– Do you have any caching plugins or services running?

@marike1992 that’s really odd to hear this. You don’t happen to have a staging environment that you could activate the plugin on do you?
I’ll be glad to take a peek to see if there’s some sort of javascript issue that would be impossible to “guess” I would have to see it in real time in order to spot what might be wrong. If you would like us to check this out please just say something and we’ll get on it right way to properly diagnose it or come up with a plan!
