    My chat is not visible on my website. Tried everything suggested, also reinstalled the plugin. Nothing worked unfortunatly.

    Did you link the plugin to your facebook account or your facebook business page?

    Yes, It is set up well.

    Hi @studiommooy,

    It looks like we had an issue on our side with the allowlisting of domains. This has now been resolved. Can I ask you to go through the set up process from the start, one more time?
