    Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help?

I have set up a ‘Helpie FAQ’ function within my website however am having issues with the ‘FAQ Title’.

It seems that when the browser window is smaller than usual, or on mobile devices, the title of the FAQ (within an FAQ category) is not flowing onto multiple lines if it cannot fit the width of the browser. Instead it all merges on one line and is unreadable to users.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately, I am unable to give admin access to our sites (even staging) as it is connected to functions which has learner personal data (due to our industry).

Happy to join a Zoom or something so I can be present whilst you perform the fix?

    Regards,

    Hi @brettpreston1988 ,

Before that, please try the following steps (in your staging) and see whether it helps in finding the real issue:

    1. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin (which is causing this issue).
    2. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.
    3. Change your WordPress theme to the free Astra theme (or other default WordPress theme) and see whether the issue still happens with this theme.

Do try this and let me know what happens.

    Kind Regards.

    Hi @brettpreston1988 ,

Were you able to see the same issue even after changing the theme to Astra and deactivating all your plugins?

And, could you please send us details about your environment so that we will try to reproduce it on our local? WP version, PHP and MySQL version and all your OS informations. You can get these by using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-info/

You can send us your information’s by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

    Kind Regards.

All sorted, was a user error relating to styling and sizing.

    Many thanks for your assistance.
