    Hi,

We have a WordPress and WooCommerce site. All of a sudden, the jetpack plugin shows up as installed. As we were multiple people working on the project, I assumed that another person had installed it. But we don’t need it, so I deleted it. Then, the next day, it was back. So I deleted it again, and asked everybody on the team if they had installed it, no one had. So I deleted it again, but after only a few hours it was back again.

This in itself it quite unacceptable, but it gets worse. The plugin breaks the page, product images are hidden on the product page. Normal images are lower quality. And you cannot add any items to the cart when the plugin is active, it throws an error. We have actually lost sales because of this. We were in contact with WooCommerce because of another problem, and asked them about it. They said that they could not see any plugins on our site that needed the jetpack plugin to function, and told us to reach out to Jetpack support. I tried that, but you only offer support for premium users. And I’m not going to pay you to fix this problem, you have already caused enough headache and harm.

So please, get someone on the team to reach out to me so that you can fix this issue, ASAP!

    Hi @kasperaamodt,

Thanks for reach out about that – this is quite strange, but we’re happy to investigate 🙂

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Hi @erania-pinnera.

I would like to contact you in private, but when I click the link, I get to a page that says this:

Jetpack support is open for paid Jetpack plan customers. For customers of the free version of Jetpack, we encourage you to use our support documentation and FAQs or visit our community forums here.

Have a paid plan and seeing this note? Be sure to login to the WordPress.com account that purchased the plan!

    Thank you for using Jetpack!

And as I wrote, I am not going to pay you to fix an error for a plugin that I don’t even want! Please give me a real way to contact you, for free.

    Hi @kasperaamodt

Could you access the form via this link instead and mention this thread?

Also, Jetpack would not install itself onto your site, but there are a number of hosts which automatically provision Jetpack to sites as part of their hosting packages, so it may be worth checking that as well.
