Good day. Inside of WooCommerce settings – Accounts and privacy tab. There is a text box with privacy policy text which should appear during registration or making the order on website. The problem is: that when I’m trying to make changes in this text and click “save changes” button – plugin says that “settings saved”, but the text returns to the original version without any changes. How is possible to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Do you have any caching plugins active? If so, please clear the caches. Additionally, can you ensure your site’s host isn’t caching the cart, checkout, and my-account pages?

    Best,

    Ross

Good day, Ross. Yes, I have LiteSpeed Cache plugin. Tried to clear the caches- no result with problem. Also tried to deactivate plugin LiteSpeed Cache and try then – also no results.

    Best regards,
    Alex.

    Hey again!

Were you able to confirm that the cart, checkout, and my account pages are not cached at all?

    Hello!

I deactivated all plugins which can cache the site and no positive results anyway.

    Hi @twinkling,

    That’s a bit strange.

For now, could you try editing the Privacy Policy text at Appearance -> Customize > WooCommerce -> Checkout and see if the changes there will be saved?

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.

    Good day.

Tried this method also. But after clicking “save changes” button – text returns to the original version without any changes.

    Best regards,
    Alex.

    Thanks, Alex for getting back.

There could be a conflict happening that’s causing the issue. Try doing a full conflict test to see if you can identify a plugin that could be causing the issue.

Kindly update us about the results of the test.

    Thanks.
