LIVE CHAT don’t appear in post types.

    Hi, i add the plugin with the link of my client. In the settings panel i added the pages where i want see the chat and the post types. In my site post types are (Servizi, Prodotti, Applicazioni, Magazine). If i click in the single PRODOTTI or single SERVIZI i can’t see the chat. Also in Magazine.
    Why?

    Hi @djcaipiroska ,
    if any cache system is used by your WordPress please take care to clean the pages that you need to be updated after settings change.

    Also please be sure that your 3CX Live Chat is properly configured. In settings there is only the capability to exclude Post types not to include them.

    Hi, i thought it was configured well. Now i set the option how you u told me. In the section “EXCLUDE POST TYPES”, under the title “Post types with chat” i put anything. Tell me if is correct. I haven’t cache system for now.

    Sorry again but… 3CX LIVE CHAT can’t see in all POST TYPES pages. Blog, products, services, also archive pages like MAGAZINE. And in the settings i put MAGAZINE in the INCLUDE PAGES and i don’t check the option “EXCLUDE CHAT IN ARCHIVE PAGE”.

    Hi @djcaipiroska ,
    may you share with us a screenshot of the current configuration, only the section in settings with the includes and excludes from pages and posts , and the desired functionality (in which pages you want the chat to be available) either here or with an email at wordpress@3cx.com.
