Additional field names for frontend

If you have a couple of duplicated fields and want to show them with the same name for buyer, its not possible.

Would be nice to have an extra field option to show different field name on frontend.

For example, some check mark inside the field (Show different name on frontend?) and field for second name pop up.

Some example:

Field 1: (name: Balls)

Option 1: Big balls 10US
Option 2: Small balls 5US

Field 2: (name: Big balls color) (frontend name: Color) (linked to big balls):

Option 1: Green 3US
Option 2: Red 6US

Field 3: (name: Small balls color) (frontend name: Color) (linked to small balls):

Option 1: Green 5US
Option 2: Red 2US
