Dashboard without functions

Hey

I loged in as the admin (www.your-domain.com/wp-admin/.php), but my problem is that I am in a menu where I can only work on my profile. The dashboard is only showing me the several boxes but i cannot se the plugins, themes , …..

Does anybody have a solution for my problem?
