    Experienced some issues with multi currency on Woocommerce shop, devs jumped in and fixed the issue within a workday, even for the 3rd party plugin which is not formally supported.
    Discount rules plugin is very flexible and can cover majority of discount combinations. I recommend buying the premium version!
