Is there a general setting to adjust the page layout of tickets posted by a support user? Trying to remove the side bars so it loads at full width. I was able to adjust the default pages but not the layout for the tickets posted.

Hi @dpiguyana,

You would need to change the templating so that you can customize your ticket pages:

– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/templating/
– https://getawesomesupport.com/documentation/awesome-support/ticket-details-page-template/

You can also use theme editors that allow you to change the width of your pages.

The current version is tested up to 5.7.1 version, as well as the version we are preparing for the next release.
