According to the discussion you mentioned, they asked you to add their code on the template file from which you want to disable cache.
The vendors order page is coming from this template – dokan-lite/templates/orders/listing.php file see on GitHub.

I am sorry to know that it is not working.
They asked you to add the code on the template file from which you want to disable cache. Dokan uses the template file to generate the order listing. If this is not working, you need to get further information from them.
Also, you can try to add the code in the main dashboard file – https://github.com/weDevsOfficial/dokan/blob/develop/templates/dashboard/dashboard.php

did not work. problem occurs only with pagination of the page. it remains without changing the page when firing
