long loading after clicking “add review ” button

    Hello there !,

    I installed this plugin ” Customer Reviews for WooCommerce ”
    it installed perfectly ,and working as well but it takes huge time to reload to add the review(about 10-20 seconds it take ) .So could you help me to figure out this issue .Because I need this plugin for adding images with review. And I think it is the best choice for me .I also find other plugins too but their review images style and others think is not looking great to me . So could you tell me how to decrease the time of loading of this plugin adding review ?

    I disabled it for solving my issue . after solving this issue I’ll activate my plugin again ! my site link is oaylo.com

    I checked the URL you shared but could not see any review forms. Please let me know how if this is the correct URL and how to reproduce the problem.

    actually i gave you my website link from there when any one try to add a review on a profuct that they had buy , then it takes long time. Please try to buy anything(no problem I will delete that later) and then try to add a review with image. And please try with an image. And see how long it takes .Please forgive me for this harassment.

    I check the page but it looks like you are using a different reviews plugin. Please reach out to the support team of that plugin to discuss your problem as we cannot support plugins from other vendors.

    You might have our plugin installed but the review form here is definitely from a different plugin: https://oaylo.com/product/dollar-on-board-marker/. I can see that by inspecting the HTML code of the page.

    Can you please share a system report for your site? This will help to confirm what plugin you are using. You can generate a system report in WordPress admin area by going to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system report.

    how this can be possible ? I just installed your review plugin not others….that’s true how can you find another plugin…btw what is the name of that plugin which I’m use you think….? pls reply

    Unfortunately, I don’t know what other plugins you have installed. This is why I asked for a system report in my previous post.
