    hi,

since some day, the div yoast doesn’t appear anymore in the admin of wordpress.
I can see the tab (SEO, lisibilité,schema,Réseaux sociaux) but when i click on, nothing appears, so impossible to edit tags like title, meta description etc. impossible to use the plugin for a page so.
I deactivate and reactivate, no change.

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

    wordpress :Version 5.7
    yoast : Version 16.0.2
    theme the fox : v3.9.9.9.19

  • @golded We’re sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue on your site.

If you have already confirmed that both Yoast SEO Premium and WordPress are up to date and the issue is still occurring, we would next recommend performing a conflict check to determine whether another plugin or theme is interfering with the Yoast plugin.

The fastest way to do this is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like TwentyTwentyOne.

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check without affecting normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts.`

    hi,

ok i tested with the plugin “Health Check & Troubleshooting” and and other theme and all works fine. So this is to say, it’s a bug from my premium theme?

    Thanks.

    Regards

@golded Yes, if issue only occurs when using your premium theme, it’s due to an issue with the theme. We’d recommend to first check whether there are any available updates for the theme, and if so checking whether updating it resolves the issue. If not, the next step would be to contact the theme’s developers for further support.

ok thanks, but impossible to contact them, i bought the theme 5 years ago, i don’t have support anymore..

    Have a good day

You might need to purchase their subscription to get the support. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support for a 3rd-party theme/plugin as it’s out of the scope of our support policy.

Our apologies for not having a solution to your issue, at this time. Please, let us know if we can be of further assistance. If this doesn’t work or you have more questions, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help!
