COBLOCK FORM CHECKLIST

    the checklist in the form is not working. i have tried different browsers, coblocks is updated, everything is up to date as well as theme and wordpress. i have deleted the checklist on the form and re-added it but it is still not working on both desktops and mobile. any suggestions?

    Checkbox block works fine on my end as well as Radio and Select form blocks, please take a look.

    Kindly provide me with more info regarding your issues so that I can duplicate them.

    Any screenshot or video would really come in handy.
