    Hi there – while Jetpack itself seems to be working just fine, the Shipping & Tax plugin is telling us that we need to connect to Jetpack. I’ve tried dozens of time and it just won’t connect. WooCommerce does not display the option to get automated tax rates. Sometimes it says that jetpack connection was successful, but returns me back to the admin saying we need to connect to Jetpack. Other times, we get a message that “This WordPress.com account is already connected to another user on this site. Please login to another WordPress.com account to complete the connection.”

    I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting our site to jetpack, I have tried deactivating and reactivating the Tax & Shipping plugin, I’ve fully reinstalled the plugin, so far absolutely nothing has worked. Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hey there @gsibryan,

    Sounds like we need to get some personal account information to help further. Would you mind opening a ticket for the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax extension from your WooCommerce.com account at this page?

    We’ll need the following info in the ticket:

    1. Please make sure to include a copy of your site’s System Status Report. You can find it by going to your admin Dashboard and select WooCommerce → Status.

    From there, select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it in the New Ticket form.

    2. Additionally, please include screenshots of any errors you see in your dashboard or any logged errors at WooCommerce > Status > WooCommerce Shipping & Tax. If logging isn’t yet enabled, please enable logging and attempt to connect again. Copy and paste logged errors in the New Ticket form.

    I am having the exact same issue, unable to connect to Jetpack even though the authorization process goes through…
