reviewer name, custom name

Hello,

First of all, thanks for this great plugin. I’m using it and it matches most of my needs. I was wondering if it would be easy to adapt the code in order to put a custom text for reviewer name. Indeed, once I get the reminder to send a review, the customer has to choose between first_name.last_name or first_name.first_letter_last_name, … I would like to simply replace all those options with a custom text field. It is very important for me.
