plugin shoots down payment provider

    Hello,

    We wanted to use the plugin and built our complete tracking via it. But as soon as we activate the plugin the payments via credit card, purchase via bill and TWINT on the IOS devices do not work anymore. All payment providers are also running via a plugin. The problem is that we can not find the reason…. When we deactivate the plug-in everything works again. If the plug-in is active, then the page just reloads when completing the order but nothing happens. (except in the backend an order is created with the status “payment pending”).

    Does anyone know this problem or is there a solution for this?

    We use the dataLayer variables and the GTM via the plug-in.

    Hi,

    Please test the following:
    – keep the plugin active
    – replace the GTM container ID option with this: GTM-XXXXX
    – save changes, clear all site cache (if any)
    – test again

    If the problem is fixed then the issue is within your GTM container if not, then there is something in the plugin.
