Hi,
Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues in your merchant center. I assume you also created a Google Shopping campaign in Google Ads itself?
With regards to the notification you are getting, can you share your product feed URL with us so we can have a look at the content of your feed?
Hi,
We have created the Google Free Listing account. We don’t have Google Ads.
Here is the feed URL:
https://www.temporary-url.com/CD09B
Thanks for sharing your feed. The number of impressions you’ll be getting just for the Free listings will always be really low (Google hopes you’ll switch to their paid campaigns).
Lots of your products in your feed have a price of USD 0.00 which is triggering the price notification in your merchant center. You need to make sure all your products have a price bigger than 0 when adding to your feed(s).
Thanks for the information.
Some of my products are request a quote so they will not have a price added to them. I have filtered these products in the feed, but still, they are showing.
Can you let me know why it is happening?
Hi,
This is how your filter should look when a product has no price set:

Did you create the exact same filter?
Yes, We created the same filter. We also created few other filters but nothing seems to work.

Can you share with us:
So we can tell how your feed is configured?

Thanks for this. Your debug.log shows the product feeds never updated. Did you do a manual refresh after you added the filters/rules?
Yes, I did the manual refresh next to the feed after updating the filters but still nothing is updated. Please let me know how to fix this issue.
You debug.log does not show any update, not an automated either. Did you perhaps disable your WP-cron in your config.php?
We have not disabled the WP-cron. I checked the feed xml file it says the modified date as today’s date but still no changes seen in the feed xml.
Did you check your WooCommerce fatal error logs of today? Can you share its content here? This is where you can find them: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/finding-php-error-logs/
Yes, I checked it. There is no fatal error logs in Woocommerce for the past few days.
Then we are close to stuck on this issue. Are you perhaps using a caching plugin or doing server-side caching that could be causing this?
