Add/Edit Post Types edit tabs missing upon installation

The Edit tabs are missing after I installed it. There was an initial warning when I installed it but unfortunately, I didn’t read it and installed it again and it installed. I uninstalled and removed the cptui_ from the database wp-options and deactivated all my plugins and reinstalled the plugin but it’s still not showing the Edit tabs.
