Conflict with NextGen PRO gallery plugin

    WHen the 3CX plugin is enabled, any page with NextGen PRO gallery plugin does not load the gallery. It seems to be a javascipt issue, yet previous versions of the plugin worked fine and both were able to load properly. Now, if the Chat plugin is enabled, the page stalls and the gallery won’t load. Once deactivating the 3CX chat plugin, the NextGen PRO gallery loads properly.

    Hi @snyderonlinemarketing ,
    thank you for your feedback. After our investigation of your issue we found that there is a conflict with NextGen gallery plugin in the usage of FontAwesome library. A fix for that will be part of our next release.

    Hi @wpdev3cx ,

    You had mentioned about 7 weeks ago that the conflict with NextGen gallery plugin would be addressed in the next release. I updated to v 9.3.1 and am still having the same issue that was first mentioned in this thread on this page with the Chat plugin conflict: https://www.creativebenefitsinc.com/cbi-cares-gallery/

    Can you please advise when this will be addressed? Right now, we’re not using the Chat plugin so the gallery will load properly. We need this functionality back and for it to work properly or we will need to begin using a different Chat plugin.
