    Needs more features but doesn’t seem like Facebook will add anytime soon judging by the reviews. Highly disappointing!

    Hi @unanswered,

    I’ve responded in more detail to your question in the support forum – but just to reiterate here – we’ve added a number of features over the past few months, including:

    – The ability to set the chat plugin to launch in “minimised” state (this was a hot ask here!).
    – Additional configuration features enabling control over the positioning of the plugin on the page.
    …and more!

    We have more on the way in v2.1 of the plugin, which is currently in development.

    Perhaps you could share your thoughts as to what kind of features you’ve been missing from the plugin?
