    Hello,

    I am using the profile builder plugin for Woocommerce so customers can create an account.

    I got a register and login page seperated from eachother and both made in Elementor.

    When a customer is registering themself with a new email address they get the message that their email address is already in use.

    The system still creates the customer account and the customer is possible to login but I want to remove this wrong notification. Because it gives customers the feeling that no account is made for them.

    How can I fix this error?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the first recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

    *Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns. Also, please disable all the caching (in case that you are using any on your website).

    Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.
