Thanks for getting back to us about this problem.
Do you have a staging site or a development site as a duplicate of your live site?
No problem. I’ve made a copy of the people that are supposed to get reviews and am sending them manually for now.
As for staging, no I don’t believe we do.
I just looked and the checkbox is still marked, my suspicion is that it will change after midnight. I’ll look in the am.
The Reminders Scheduler is set to WordPress Cron. (UPDATE) I just switched it to CR Cron to test that out. I have a paid version of CusRev
Even though I have switched to CR cron, the Tick mark on the send Automatic reminders has been unchecked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Is this the only support for CusRev? I have a paid account and would like to get this fixed asap.
UPDATE: It has also unchecked my Enable for Guests. I don’t know if this is because I changed the Scheduler to CR Cron

Thanks for providing additional information!
This problem is not related to Cron. It is most likely that you had a development or a staging site in the past. Then, the database from that site was copied to your live site, and the plugin disabled automatic sending of review reminders to prevent two duplicate reminders (one from the staging site and one from the live site) to be sent to customers.
Can you please check if ‘Duplicate Site’ says ‘Yes’ on the ‘Diagnostics’ page in the plugin’s menu?
