• Nice plugin but the support is horrible. The “priority” support is super slow: 1 day per communication.

    Day one – I report issue
    Day two or three – I get response. They ask clarifying questions. I respond.
    Day 4 – ask if they received reply
    Day 5 – …

    If the plugin causes issues, you are on your own.
