    Hi,

    I want to know what could possibly be the cause of the Woocommerce Analytics to not be updating in real time.

    It has been going well in the last few months of last year (starting August) up until January. Then suddenly the Woocommerce Analytics is not updating on it’s own without having to clear cache. We have not had any changes to our caching plugin since last year, then it became like this. Would there be other cause for this happen besides cache? Because it was working pretty well then suddenly it doesn’t.

    If the issue is resolved by clearing the cache, most likely this is related to cache.

    The link you sent is for the cart, checkout and my account pages only. Is there a recommended cache settings for the Woocommerce backend?

    I’m sorry we missed your last post. Have you been able to find an answer to your question?

    If not, let me answer explain the issue a bit further. We usually do not recommend caching the WooCommerce/WordPress backend, as that can cause issues when you update your content or need to view the latest analytics, for instance.

    I’m not sure why the analytics were working before that. It’s possible that there may have been an update to your theme or to a plugin that prevented the analytics from displaying correctly. If you’d like to test that, I recommend running a conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
