Hi @cutemunkey,
You seem to have 3 instances of the Chat plugin installed on your page, which is causing them all to fail.
Did you try and deploy the plugin via a different plugin as well (eg. WooCommerce)? Did you try and add (copy/paste) the code directly to your site?
If you’re able to remove the extraneous instances of the plugin that are installed on your site, it should be able to load and work correctly.
Let us know how you get on,

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. I’ve gone through everything I can think where messenger might have been linked/installed and removed or unlinked.
I can only find one instance in the source code in the footer – I’m not sure whether I am looking in the right places though.
I’m not sure where the issue lies.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
Hi @cutemunkey,
It looks like you’ve removed all of them now 🙂 Can you reinstall/reactivate the WordPress plugin version?
Thanks,

I’ve just added the plugin again.
Still only showing in build mode….in fact, it looks great in build mode 🙂
Just wish everyone else could enjoy it 🙂
Just figured it out – I had Geo-targeted my Facebook Page!
Thanks for the speedy responses though.
P.s the plugin looks great 🙂
Hi @cutemunkey,
Glad to hear you figured it out. And yes – you are correct: The Chat plugin will inherit the same restrictions applied to the Page, so best to relax these if you intend the plugin to be available to all your visitors 🙂
All the best,
