issue with the login option

    Hello,
    It doesn’t work if I “log in” for contacting by using chrome. It only shows up “exit private mode to log in”. Nothing happened even after I clicked confirm. Could anyone help fix it? thanks!
    Btw, it works fine with the option of “contact as the visitor” and with the Microsoft Edge

    Hi @jojoyl,

    The issue is that you are using an “incognito” window in Chrome. This is a way to browse the web without persisting login sessions, so it is not possible to log into services such as Facebook this way.

    You can use a regular Chrome window (not incognito mode) to log in, or enable Guest mode in the plugin’s set up process, if you’d like to allow users to use the plugin while logged out.
