  • That’s the WordPress logo. Do you want to completely remove the WP logo from the admin dashboard?

    Yes, I want to remove that logo. Or if possible I want to add another separate logo. Can you please tell me how to do that.

    Hi, @subhro2321

    You can use this plugin for that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/white-label-cms/

    Hope this helps,
    Kind regards.

    Hi, @vladytimy

    As you suggested I have used the plugin. It allowed me to remove the logo from the admin bar. But I want to remove the logo which comes in top left corner during writing a post in block editor in full screen.

    Here’s the screenshot: https://paste.pics/176a0f05c8c096acf12514d05a5e7e29

    @subhro2321 I’m sorry, I thought that plugin handles all logos.

    Here’s a solution I tested.

    1. Install https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-admin-css/ and activate it
    2. Go to Appearance > Admin CSS
    3. Paste this in Admin CSS:

    .edit-post-header a.components-button.has-icon {
        display: none!important;
    }

    #wp-admin-bar-wp-logo {
        display: none !important;
    }

    It removes the logo both on desktop and mobile view.

    Kind regards!

    Thanks for the help with this code.

    But I have remove the logo entirely, is there anyway I can add a link to serve as back button in the same place.

    Thanks in advance

    @vladytimy pls your reply is urgently needed. Thanks

    Thanks @vladytimy but I love it to reply me here.

    I just need a css code to add “Back” button to replace the logo I removed from block editor. Thanks

    Try this:

    1. Install https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-admin-css/ and activate it
    2. Go to Appearance > Admin CSS
    3. Paste this in Admin CSS (remove other code related to this)
    4. Replace image if you don’t like it.

    a.components-button.edit-post-fullscreen-mode-close.has-icon {
    	background-image: url('https://i.ibb.co/vHPhzTd/back-btn.png') !important;
    	background-position: center;
    	margin: 0;
    	padding: 0;
    	background-size: 35% 70%;
    	background-repeat: no-repeat;
    	color: rgba(0,0,0,0);
    }

    Thanks @vladytimy, I was so grateful. It was so amazing.

    Please can we hangout to teach me coding because I have passion for coding

    Glad it works.
    You can always open a topic on these forums when you encounter a specific issue, but we don’t teach coding here. There are plenty of online free coding tutorials you can follow.
