Hi Aaron,
The “Free shipping” (I think) in the Google Shopping Ad itself comes from the fact that you probably add a 0.00 USD shipping costs to your feed(s) or set it directly like that in your merchant center?
I understand that the multi-vendor set-up complicates things but have you tried using the shipping label set-up and add different shipping costs per shipping label in your merchant center? You could use a different shipping label (and cost) per vendor like that.
This blog post of Google should give some guidance I believe:

Ok, only problem we may find is: we have alot of Seller Shops and each one has different pricing so thats our only problem 🙁 so we was wondering if there was a way to change: Free Delivery to say: Express Shipping or something because.
When they click on the Google Ad they are redirected to our site 🙂 so the shipping will look as at on our site, we just don’t want to have it say: Free Delivery and then they redirect to site and it says something totally different.
Thanks
Aaron

Hi Aaron,
No there is not. That “Free Shipping” text in the add only shows when you add 0.00 USD in your feed or merchant center. There is no other way to influence that text in your Google Shopping Ad unfortunately.
I think i fixed it: I added Label: Express Shipping just put a flat rate of 1.00
And saved now the Free Delivery has been removed from product which helps because now it shows no label and it redirects to our site on click anyway :), so no1 will ever see that price we set.
Thanks
Aaron
