This also matches what’s in your screenshot as showing in Google search result. Can you share a screenshot of what you have entered in the Yoast SEO plugin as the SEO title for that post?
This issue is in a recently written post. I have been struggling with this problem for last one week.

We were able to identify duplicate meta tags; we suspect that another plugin is generating title and meta description:

Problem is solved. Acutely I have already added custom title and meta description in header.php between <head>…..</head> . recently I removed this custom title and meta code. finally error Solved.
