Can’t add Services

    Have downloaded the plug-in for evaluation. Trying to follow the step-by-step instructions, but every time I try to add a new Service, having gone through all the various customisations, I just get the message “Failed” as a heading and “Element not found” in the field below.

    What am I missing?!

    Hi,

    We have investigated this issue. Below are steps to determine the reason and fix this issue:

    1. If you are using any cache plugins in your WordPress, please clear the cache in the cache plugin settings and try again. If the problem persists, please go to the next step.

    2. If you are using any security plugins in your WordPress, please clarify which one so I can advise the configuration.

    3. If the problem still persists, please check with your server provider if mod_security is enabled on your server. If yes, please ask them to whitelist the following requests:

    /wp-json/plugion/v1/load-properties
    /wp-json/plugion/v1/save-properties

    4. If this will not help, please let us know if you are using any CDN like Cloudflare.
