    Hi @fireland

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

When a user cancels their membership level, it does not delete their WordPress user account.

These user’s may log in to their account and renew their membership or change their membership level. There are links on the checkout page to log in, you may use custom CSS to increase the size/visibility of this link if you feel people aren’t noticing it.

I hope this helps get you started.

When a user with an expired account logs in, they are directed to the ‘/membership-account/membership-levels/’ they only have one option and that is to select a level. Which then takes them to the sign up form.

I can give you a username and password of an expired account, if you want to try it.

Please do not share login details as this goes against the WordPress.org support guidelines.

When a user reaches the checkout page there should be a link to log in above the checkout form. You can also add a menu item to your main menu to point to the log in page or add a log in widget to your pages to make it easier for users to login so they may renew their membership level.

Once logged-in, the user will only have to enter their billing information and not re-enter their personal information.

I hope this helps clear things up.
