Don’t get passed “Getting Started”

Hi,
I installed the plugin, and was guided through the Getting Started process. Pressed Finish, and then it says that there are no Active Chats.
But under the Live Chat in the administration area there is still only the Getting Started option, and it just starts all over again.There is no way to start using the system and/or further configure the settings.
