Don’t get passed “Getting Started”

    Hi,

    I installed the plugin, and was guided through the Getting Started process. Pressed Finish, and then it says that there are no Active Chats.
    But under the Live Chat in the administration area there is still only the Getting Started option, and it just starts all over again.

    There is no way to start using the system and/or further configure the settings.

    Hello @eddypiv ,

    Can you please refresh the browser and check if you get updated options on the left menu ?

    No, nothing. Tried with Brave and Firefox browsers.

    On your browser console do you get any errors?

    No error messages at all.

    Only thing: I am working in private window, but that should not make any difference, should it?

    Hi @eddypiv ,
    after the completion of Getting Started wizard try to logout and login again. If the issue persists please provide us the following information.
    1) Plugin’s version
    2) PHP version
    3) Mysql Version
    4) WordPress Version
    4) Do you have a multisite installation?

    Did that, but no luck.

    Plugin version: 9.2.1
    PHP version: 7.4.13
    Mysql version: 10.3.27-MariaDB-1:10.3.27+maria~bionic (server) and mysqlnd 7.4.13 (client)
    WordPress: 5.6
    Multisite installation: yes

    Looking forward to your advise.
