    Hi everyone,

I believe other people may have same question as me as I have been looking in the support forum for answers and haven’t found it yet.

I’ve been using Google Stories Plugin for about 2 months and have 100 stories published.

    1) https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9261309?hl=en
    Following Google Official Support,
I enabled adsense for AMP on my adsense page
Adsense asks to place the code by the head and body.
However, after watching the video, it says Google Site Kit in WordPress automatically places the code.

    2) When I view my amp pages,
    https://www.everythingcrna.com/web-story-sitemap.xml

    no ads are showing still.

    So my question is:
    1) Are ads automatically placed on my AMP pages by Google Site Kit?
    2) If not, I would have to do it manually for each AMP story?
    3) How would I do it manually if necessary? I can do it via the Google Stories plugin? I don’t see anywhere for manually adding code to the head / body of each amp.

Much help appreciated. Love the support from the community here!

Thanks for reaching out. From the URLs I checked on your site I didn’t notice any AMP URLs. If you’ve recently starting using AMP it may take a few days before Auto ads for AMP start to appear.

To answer your questions see below:

    1) Are ads automatically placed on my AMP pages by Google Site Kit?

Yes, Auto ads are placed on your AMP URLs. I can see the Site Kit placed Auto ads code already placed on your site so everything is setup correctly for ads to appear.

    2) If not, I would have to do it manually for each AMP story?

At present Auto ads does not place ads within Web Stories. You can ask for assistance with ads for Web Stories on the plugins support forums.

    3) How would I do it manually if necessary? I can do it via the Google Stories plugin? I don’t see anywhere for manually adding code to the head / body of each amp.

Good question. This came up recently on the Web Stories support forums, you’ll find some useful information within this support topic.

Let us know if you have any further queries on the above! And happy holidays to you also.
