No more updates over FTP

    Since last update I’m not able to update any plugin or theme on any WordPress site on any server. When I try to update a plugin WordPress throws an error and can’t write any file over FTP.

    An error occurred while updating Twenty Nineteen: the update could not be installed because some files could not be copied. This is mostly due to inconsistent file permissions. Followed by ALL files of the theme or plugin. This error occurs on all servers. I’ve to deactivate AIOSEO lite to get updates work.

    Hey @meydot,

    Just to confirm – the error went away after you deactivated AIOSEO? If you reactivate AIOSEO, does the error then reappear?
