cant edit gallerys

    first, cant edit galleries, second, in the link, the french gallery is all out of specified size, for some weird reason, my english page (season 2020) is ok, but still cant edit any gallerys, tried to create a new on, fine, but cant edit it…..

    Thank you for reaching out!
    Could you please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ ?
    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty for example) and no other plugins.
    Please let me know how it goes!

    Also, is it possible to send the URL to the English gallery so I can compare the 2? I was unable to find it, I’m sorry.

    ok, first, i bypassed the problem, i created a new gallery and used it on my french sections, its perfect, except i still cant edit no gallery, it takes me to a non existent page.

    i also tryed the health check, fixed all the minor problems, but, when i try to enable the final tile plug-in, i get this msg, When enabling the plugin, final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite, a site failure occurred. Because of this the change was automatically reverted.

    now, could it be that something is corrupted in the plug-in directory,can i overwrithe all the files theres ? or simply delete, reinstall and….redo the galleries

    ok, so after very different test on two live website and reading all the post of people having the same problem, and you guys are always saying its our fault, well, i did a new wp install and with just one plug in, actually just yours, the problem is still there, so, it was a nice ride, but time to go with a more serious team.

    I apologize for the delayed response! I missed your reply, I’m so sorry!
    As for the issue you are having, not being able to edit the galleries, this is actually a bug from the plugin and we were able to replicate it and are aware of it. We have an open ticket regarding this on GitHub so we can fix it in our next update. You can follow the ticket here: https://github.com/WPChill/final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/issues/25
