Hi @olcaywp,
Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.
Could I ask you to confirm the PHP version your site is currently running? This can be confirmed by your host if you are not aware of this at the moment.
We are aware of a similar issue for some PHP 8 users, which we are actively looking into at the moment.
Additionally, please feel free to contact us directly here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/contact-us – If you would prefer to speak to one of our agents directly so that we can assist you with this directly via email.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
Hi @dylanauty,
First of all, thank you for your reply in a very short time.
In line with the information you provided, I reduced the php version from 8 to 7 and thanks god the problem is solved. I hope you will solve this topic as soon as possible. Good luck with.
Have a nice day.
Hi @olcaywp,
Thank you for getting back to us and for your continued understanding, we do appreciate it.
We have started working on full PHP8 compatibility which we expect to be ready for release within the next month or so.
In the meantime, we have released an update which will prevent fatal errors on PHP8 based servers and notify users that this is not fully supported yet.
I am glad to hear downgrading temporarily to PHP7 resolved the issues you were experiencing.
Have a nice day further.
