No Hits for New Posts

    Hi Wp Statistics Team,

    After the problem in plugin, now rest everything is fine, but I don’t get hits for new posts.
    Please can you suggest me, what should I do?

    Hi @jaswinderblog9,

    Are you using v13.0.4? If so, please note that it might not be compatible with some of the PHP versions. So if your website is using a version lower than PHP 7.3, please do not update your plugin.

    Our temporary solution is:
    If you access your WordPress Admin Panel, just deactivate the plugin, and install v12.6.13. Otherwise, you can do that through CPanel/FTP. Delete the WP Statistics folder. Then replace it with the previous version of the plugin which is v12.6.13.
    To get that version, you can select and download it at the bottom of this page.
    You will need to extract the file to obtain the wp-statistics folder if you are doing that via FTP. Then copy this to your wp/content/plugins folder.

    We do our best to resolve all the issues and release a new version by next week.
