    We have checked the video that you provided above. In the video, the notification was being displayed. But we are not being able to see any notification after visiting the link.

    I had to disable the site in production.
    I created a test environment, where I activated the functionality.

    We have checked the issue.

    It seems that the issue is coming from the Popup plugin that you are using at this moment. We have found the issue: https://prnt.sc/vw62mi

    There is a missing div tag. That’s why you are facing the issue. Please contact the plugin author from their support forum.
