    I’ve tried everything in the FAQs and read through all the Support Threads but cannot get this plugin to work. I already have GTM set up on my “insert headers and footers” plugin. So my Google Analytics is tracking normal traffic fine. I want to track enhanced ecommerce traffic so I uploaded this plugin. Its not working for me. PLease help

    Hi there,

    Thanks for creating this topic.

    We have had a look at the store and observed that there is no gtag.js(GA tracking snippet) present in the store.

    Please check the option ‘Add Global Site Tracking code ‘gtag.js” in the plugin settings to integrate the GA tracking snippet in the store. You could follow the installation instructions mentioned in the doc.

    Here is the setting’s screenshot for reference.

    Also, we would like to mention that our plugin tracks normal GA traffic as well as
    enhanced eCommerce traffic.

    Hope the above would help in enabling complete tracking. Please post once the plugin is configured as suggested.
