Inserting emoji deletes sections
-
Hello, I found out that inserting emoji to nimble builder contact-us form section breaks and deletes all of your sections created with nimble builder. I’m sending you a screenshot where I’ve inserted the emoji. https://imgur.com/a/VbLkWHG

OK thanks a lot for reporting the problem. I’m exploring it.
Same here.
Test conditions :
rich text section in the footer.
Inserted an emoji in the text, resulting an error and a blank page.It seems the problem only occurs when the section is inside the footer, though.
still can’t reproduce the issue with the same test conditions…
Your section export would be usefulhttps://we.tl/t-scA9CselfB I don’t know if it’s help, I’m using hueman header and footer and then for example contact us section with nimble builder. When I tried to insert emoji to after title text of section Contact us and then I saved it, it deleted all sections.
Thanks for sharing your export. I just imported it with the Hueman theme actived, and tried to insert a few emojis after the title of the contact us section.

I could publish and then refresh without problems.
Which emojis are you trying to insert ?It could be due to a conflict with one of your plugins. I would recommend to follow the troubleshooting steps listed here.
I hope it can helpOK thank you very much š Gonna try to troubleshoot more before posting it next time xD Regards
hello @janez33 is this problem solved ?
@nikeo Hello, unfortunately it still remains. The whole nimble builder sections dissapear from the page, but page remains intact in backend. https://imgur.com/a/tDpE0Je
There are no errors in console, how can I help you to debug this problem?
These are list of my plugins: https://imgur.com/a/dK2jqq6I tried to disable each of them but the problem still remains, I even tried to create a new page with contact us section with emoji and still breaks the page. I don’t know what else to do.
@chkeuz Maybe you found the solution or source of error?
@janez33 The problem still remains. Tried a few tweaks, none would work.
Seems to me like a compilation error whenever you have content (designed with nimble) on your page, as it does not happen on a blank page.
Had a few deep sweats publishing customer’s websites, resulting on a blank page on delivery day, so for me there go the emojis :/There is probably a PHP error when you see a blank page. I need the error message.
You can enable WordPress debug mode and error logging simply by adding those constants parameters to your wp-config.php file:define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );If not displayed on front end, the error log will be located as a file
debug.logon your server inwp-content/folder.@nikeo here you š I gave you also temporarily access to my site via contact form.

@wiki2018 : this should also fix the issue reported here : https://wordpress.org/support/topic/emoji-broke-page/
Thanks for your help@janez33 @chkeuz the latest version of NB fixes the problem.
Can you confirm ?Note that you can always restore a previous version of your sections on a given page as documented here : https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/394-how-to-restore-an-old-version-of-your-page-with-nimble-builder
