    Hello,

    I have created an account on Tidio and installed the plugin. Trying to configure it was a little hard.

    I am using a language which does not have ready translations. I access page https://www.tidio.com/panel/translations/ on which I can add translations. Adding translation for ‘Enter your message…’ does not display on frontend!

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi there,

    Do you by any chance have your language and also any other inside the Multilanguage setup? This may be the root cause of the problem.

    If removing the other language does not help, please send me the link to your website. I will be happy to assist you 🙂
