Facebook Messenger is not showing up on the front-end of the website

    Hello Facebook Team,
    We have installed the official Facebook chat plugin, set it up, and made finished the process successfully by selecting our Facebook page but it is not showing up on the website front end. Please help us to solve the issue.

    Hi @waqasahmad054,

    I’ve had a look at your website, but I don’t see the plugin code in the page’s source. Have you deactivated the plugin?

    Did you whitelist the domain in page settings? Does the page has any geo/age constraints?

    Hello Facebook Team,
    Thanks for replying to our message! No, we didn’t deactivate the plugin. It is still activated on our site.
