Sign up emails

Hi!
I added a sign up form in my blog (Jetpack) and I wanted to know if it’s possible to translate the emails my subscribers receive. I am French Canadian, so are my subscribers, and I would like the emails to be completely in French. I know there is a section in the settings, in Reading, where I can change a part of the text of the email, but the rest of the email seems to be in English… Can someone help?
