I’m seeing the exact same problem. I get to the last screen in the setup sequence, the Finish button is disabled and I cannot complete.

Having exactly the same issue and came here to report it. I can’t complete the last stage of the connection. The ‘Finish’ button is grey’d out. I had just updated the plugin to the latest version too before I setup, so it possibly is to do with newest version>
same problem here.. i can;t finish setup because finish button is jus tgrey and i can;t finish setup and can’t use plugin… please fix that i really need this plugin
Hello. I have the exact same problem and have come here to report it. Not possible to complete the configuration. I even tried with the old plugin that I have on another site (V 1.8) but it’s the same!
FYI – I just got around this by uninstalling the plugin and using my page itself to generate the code in the settings. There’s a ‘Setup chat on my website’ button in the settings area that spits out some code to install on your site, does the same thing. Plugin only acts as a helper of sorts.
So I switched to Chrome (from Safari) and re-did the setup and now the finish button on the last step was active for me. All is working now.
If you’re still having the problem maybe try a different browser?
Having the exact same issues and I’ve tried mine on Safari & Opera and that didn’t help.
Going to give it a go by adding the code manually…

Thanks for the report. We are working on a fix right now. So far, our investigation shows that the issue is limited to select browsers only. Chrome browser seems to be working for other users.
