    Hello,

    We have noticed that the appearance of the emails that woocommerce automatically sends when a customer makes a purchase (both to the customer and to us) have changed. It’s like the plugin is not working. But also, the emails not show all the products that the customer has bought.

    We try to uninstall the plugin but the problem continoes.
    Can anybody help us? Thank you.

    Please mention which version of PHP, WordPress, and Woocommerce you are using.

    Woocommerce version 4.6.1
    Wordpress version 5.4.4
    PHP version 7.3.6

    Hi @espaci61,

    We have tested the plugin in a similar version environment but couldn’t find any issues. Since you mention that the problem persists, even after disabling the plugin, it is likely that your email template is modified in the file itself. Any style changes made by our plugin will be ineffective once you disable the plugin.
