• Hi Takayuki,

    All the activity of my agency is based on your form that I have been using for 4 years.
    Recently I have 2 serious problems:

    1 / People upload 3 photos in the application form, but the email I receive contains only one. However, before, I received the 3 well, everything worked. My configuration is good, nothing has been changed.

    2 / Some Android mobile users cannot upload photos. Nothing happens when they click on the “file” button.

    Please help me solve these 2 very urgent problems.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Akismet, WooCommerce and WordPress Importer, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

    Woww, I’m really scared to do this manipulation!
    All forms are linked to Mailchimp lists and Google Sheet tables.
    Ads are underway to generate continuous traffic and therefore applications on my website.

    If I do this there is a risk of crashing ?
    Once I clearing all cache data, can I reactivate my theme and all the plugins without risk of losing everything ?

    All he asked you is to dectivate plugins to a mimimum of plugins to check forms sendings. This will not delete any data.

    But that should be not that problem because of your daily backups and of course you should have a test website to do debugging and developing too.

    Well, none of us has fortune teller ball to tell you. Are we speaking about the mails from your form? Does normal mail sending from a mail client works?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.
    The mails sent by my “normal mail client” are sent perfectly.

    The forms sent via Contact Form 7 are validated because I receive the user data on Google Sheet, but I do not receive the email.

    I contacted my host, I am waiting for his response to know if the problem comes from the configuration of the mail server.

    Hi,

    OK, I check this morning : I received all the emails sent yesterday. It was unlocked overnight. It’s better !

    I still have the problem of CF7 which sends me the email with 1 single file instead of 3. And which blocked on some Androids..

    He advises me to use the local SMTP server of my hosting, ie “sendmail” or the “mail ()” function of PHP.

    But I don’t understand any of this .. Can someone help me?
    Is this the problem or just Contact Form 7 ?

    sorry, but if you don’t answer questions, always writing only half of the facts and understand this …:

    … it is very difficult to help you.

    You need to make sure, that your website can send mail. If that works, CF7 will work also. Fact.

    WP Rocket is just a caching plugin and none can understand your chaos about Google sheet, domain mails, working/not working, client mail vs. Website mail etc.pp

    My best advice is: Try to rend a pro to help you out.
