Size if Chat Window

    I was debating whether to use your plugin or another highly rated plugin on wordpress. I am glad I chose yours since it has a lot of nice features. I have been using it for 3 days and I love it. One question, with the desktop version everything looks good, it makes a nice announcement for a new visitor asking if they need help, and If the customer responds it opens the chat window in a small area AND you can still see the rest of the webpage. On Tablet and Mobile (I know space is limited on Mobile) but when Chat window is opened by customer it takes up the entire window so you cannot see ANY of the webpage, I saw one chat plugin (high ratings) where you can control size of the chat window so that on mobile and tablet you can still some of the webpage below, and you can control chat size window + pop out functions (but I do not think the rest of their plugging is as good and polished as yours) but do you have something similar so on mobile and tablet the chat window does not take up the entire space of the screen?

    As for your question, I’m afraid that currently, it is not possible to adjust the size of the Chat window on Mobile devices. It is hard-coded in to always open in a full-screen mode. I will of course forward your case further, so maybe in the future, we will be able to provide you with a solution that will satisfy you 🙂
