Greetings I would like to be able to send the tracking number with SMS on order “Completed”.

My trackng plugin is “Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce”

Excuse me for saying so, but the way you handle this specific request is very counterproductive. I was searching for this and found 2-3 threads mentioning exactly the same thing, that is, to contact bulkgate. I would suggest adding a guide so that users with enough knowledge can do it themselves.

Again, I do not mean to be in any way offensive just a suggestion/feedback.

I understand what you’re saying and you’re right. However, the problem is that 90% of the users are not able to do it themselves, that’s why we send them to our support.
