Chat bubble doesn’t appear on mobile devices

    Hi there, The chat bubble appears without a problem on my computer but it doesn’t on my mobile. I’ve tried it in both Safari and Chrome but no luck. Appreciate your support to identify the problem.

    Hi @swakeel,

    Sorry to hear you’re encountering this issue. I’ve had a look at your page, and it seems that the chat plugin code is not present. Have you removed or disabled the plugin?

    hello i have the same issue, its all good on PC but on mobile it does not appers.

    Hi @virgilionv,

    I just tried opening your site on Safari mobile browser on iOS, and the plugin loaded up fine. Can you confirm this problem is solved?

    Hi, Actually it was ManyChat code deployed at the time when you checked the website. I’ve removed the Manychat code and installed Facebook plugin, and the code snippet from my page messenger is also running on the website. The problem now is the chat bubble doesn’t appear at all both on my computer and mobile device.

    Hi @swakeel,

    I’m still not seeing the code on your site. Just to confirm, you installed the plugin into your WordPress instance, and ran the setup process, rather than handling any code directly, right?
